Hello,
I can't add an IP address to GameTracker; it says it's offline. I don't understand what the problem is. All firewall rules are properly configured, and I was able to add my other server to GameTracker, but not the IP address below. Please help! IP: 163.176.165.183:27015 Counter Strike 1.6 - game |

Hello,
I'm having trouble adding my CS 1.6 server to GameTracker. The site returns a "Firewall" error, but I have already carried out all the technical tests: The server is online and appears normally in the game's "Internet" tab. The server responds correctly on other monitoring sites. All GameTracker scanner IPs are clear on my Oracle Cloud firewall. The query protocol has been adjusted to the default that GameTracker requires (ServerInfoAnswerType = 1). As the server is visible to the rest of the world, I believe that my IP may have been temporarily blocked due to flooding or attempt limits by GameTracker's automatic system. Could you check if there is any manual blocking or restriction for IP 163.176.165.183:27015? Yours sincerely. |

Can anyone help me? Do you not have active moderators with appropriate access to perform this check for me?

figirino2 wrote: Thank you for the comprehensive response above. It helps (usually). Considering that and that I could not add your server through the standard page, I brought a test server online that I have tested the process with many times. Additionally it is on a machine / IP currently hosting multiple servers successfully. I was unable to add my test server to GT. This has been reported to the admins/developers. I will update the thread when I have any further information. I am a community user. I do not reply to private message requests for support. My Oracle Cloud permission rules are the same for both my servers, and the iptables firewall on both Linux systems is exactly the same. What's strangest is that my surf server was added to Gametracker and is working fine; the IP address is: 136.248.65.251:27015. I just don't understand what's blocking me from adding the IP address of my second server: 163.176.165.183:27015. When I try to add the IP address, the error message shows the following information:
Your server is firewalled. Please turn off any firewall you have that may block scanning or whitelist the gametracker scanning IP addresses: 149.28.43.230 45.77.96.90 155.138.163.54 The IP addresses mentioned above are already configured and allowed in my iptables firewall. When I check the logs, after clicking the "ADD" button in Gametracker, I can see the Gametracker IP address "communicating" with my server. The Gametracker IP address is "asking" questions, and my server is "responding." I don't understand why Gametracker keeps showing the same error. I don't know what else to do. It's not a block from my server, but rather some block that Gametracker generated on my IP address... |

in the meanwhile, i can tell i can't add a MOH:AA server neither. Using GT for decades, have 2 others well scanned MOH:AA servers on the same IP. Everyone can access the server, i set the firewall off and whitelisted the IP's designated in the red error message.
I hope Chimaera's update will be relevant to my case too. Thank you. Medal of Honor Allied Assault 163.172.51.159:12205 |
