There are many Reset Score plugins, search for them. Try them all beacuse most of them are not good.

THIS MSG.. I WAS TALKING ABOUT

This message is caused by a plugin which you are using "TimPass Anti-Cheat Anti-Crash".
You cannot edit it but you can turn this message off by going to this folder:
cstrike/addons/amxmodx/configs/timepass
Then open the file main_config.cfg and change the line:
timepass_cheatkey_message 1
to
timepass_cheatkey_message 0

This is in the default AMX Mod X plugin. You can change the message time and even the message by going to:
cstrike/addons/amxmodx/configs
Open the file amxx.cfg
There find tthe line beginning with:
amx_scrollmsg
First you give the message then the scrolling frequency in seconds.
