That is your local ip address, no one will be able to join it.
To find out your external (internet ip) is, go to www.whatismyip.com To get a static ip, you need to ask your internet provider if you are hosting the server at home. Only your provider can give you a static ip address. |

Hi,
I dont think you really understand the difference between static and dynamic IP adresses. You can't configure a static ip for yourself on your own unless your ISP allows it.
