hey guys I`m new here I`ve created my own dedicated server an added to him AMX mod X and I was adding my server to gametracker but it says:"Your server is currently offline" bu my server is turned on then it says:"you entered a wrong quete and i dont know what does it means and then it says:"Turn your firewall off it may block adding server but I dont have the firewall on blocking its ublock and

Hi yall!! I have got a problem when i try to create a server..i fill up all the fields ( ip ,name , ..etc) but i error always get occur .. Can anyone tell me how to create my own server ,tell me exact steps to create it PLEASE!!?
 I stick to script i memorize the lines..

i still don't know how to fix it because it still says private ip adresses can not be scanned.
