Hi! There are servers whick the players are tracked like bots:
77.70.18.81:27015 77.70.18.81:27016 77.70.18.81:27017 If you want join and see that there arent any bots  ..

The first server 77.70.18.81:27015 that has players in it right now is reporting back players with negative play times. I imagine the same thing could be going on with the other two servers. You can confirm this for yourself, if you want, with something like HLSW hlsw.org. If you fix that issue, that should solve your problem.
