Hello everyone!

Recently I was playing on png server and after leaving a game and connecting to a new server I found that I cannot use chat, team chat, cannot give voice commands (menu not showing when I click on 'z','x',or 'c') PLUS I started advertise to join the png server, saying in chat its IP address and some other text.

I believe that it is some kind of hack or files modification.
Can someone help me on this question - what file do I have to change in order to get rid of this hack?
Or if there is nothing to do how do I import the server list to the fresh version of CS 1.6?

P.S. I never hacked or used any cheats in CS. Probably the PNG server updated some of my files that reflected in this spam thing.
