hi i'm a new with gametracker and i have a dedicated that it cannot be scanned and he look offline and dead ....another things why my seveur ipe change when i switch off my pc???????? help me pleaaase

Some internet service providers give customers dynamic IPs that change often. Unfortunately you would have to add the IP each time it is changed, unless you can get a static IP from your ISP.
You may want to consider renting a server from a provider. GameServers.com in my sig is a great host.
