I noticed that this server - 77.220.182.146:27015 - is using bots to keep the server up.

Bots with those tags would be detected and not counted towards rank.

With only a such a tiny number of bots, we typically find no reason to derank servers with 3 bots. If you find them using more, feel free to report them in the appropriate place.
