my cs 1.6 server is not working...........it connects me but not my friends....
my ip is 192.192.168.1.2 and port is 27015 which i changed to 8000... plz help me when i put it on gametracker it says its a private ip put public ip |

Hi,
If you are hosting it from your local computer, you can get your public ip by Googling "What is my ip" It will likely be dynamic, meaning it may change a lot.

When your router restarts, or re-connects to your Internet-Service-Provider, it will often change your IP, and you will have to keep giving out your IP, Like stated in your other thread, there is no way to keep it "static" without paying for one, but you'd have to contact who ever your Provider is, or order hosting from someone with a "static" Address.

That is your "Local" address, not your "IP" address.
