Hi,
I am not able to scan this server on HLSW (hlsw.org). Have you opened the server port in your firewall and portforwarded it in your router, if applicable?

Hi,
If you can scan the server in HLSW but we cannot, you may be with one of the Romanian hosts that block all foreign traffic. I am quite surprised they still do this to avoid DDoS issues. Please try contacting them and see what they can do for you.
