Don't use caps lock in topic, also could you explain the issue a bit more and gve some screenshot of issue.

ohh sry forgot to add problem and sry for the title
here my first problem server dont recognizes me as admin (except hlds console ) in game console i cant do anything like kick or ban or map change etc. only hlds allows me to do that. http://imageshack.us/photo/my-images/820/adminfv.png secondly i cant add admin as other player is not getting his steam id only VALVE_ID_PENDING error getting http://imageshack.us/photo/my-images/542/valveid2.png http://imageshack.us/photo/my-images/594/valveidpending.png images not showing .. what to do?

First of all you need amxmodx on server, then in dedicted server console it's hard to see which player have id, so you should do that by typing ingame console status and it will show the right steam id, SO DO NOT START WITHOUT AMXMODX .
