Hi anounymos_itachi,
You should firstly install AMX Mod X addon: http://www.amxmodx.org/ Then read this whole: https://www.gametracker.com/clan/Needforheadshot/forum.php?thread=73120 Then go to https://forums.alliedmods.net/forumdisplay.php?f=8 browse through the thousands of plugins there and install the ones you want, instructions on how to install them are in my 2nd link.
