i try to add my server and i get this

You Opened Port For Your Server First?..

If Yes Check:

1.Off The FireWall in Anti-Virus And in Windows
2.Make Sure You Put A Right Port
3.Maybe Your Server Need To Update (To Update Your Server Click See Our Tutorial --> http://www.gametracker.com/clan/Needforheadshot/forum.php?thread=72729)

Hi confirm,
What do you mean by trying other ports gives you that code again?
Do you use any Router or Modem which will need to be Port Forwarded?
