I tried EVERYTHING!!

PortForwarding. I downloaded HLDS many times, I don't understand.. whats the problem? I mean I tried everything.. But still the result is same. :\

He's telling you that you need to open the port in the firewall.

Portforwarding in the router is not the same thing.

Open the port in firewall? Umm..How can I do tht..?

Unfortunately I do not have the steps to open a port in each and every possible firewall memorized. I am sorry for the inconvenience.

I would recommend consulting the documentation that came with your firewall or do a very simple search on Google for "guide to open a port in ___ firewall"
