Hello, I've created new server today, but it's not really working, I can't access to my server, everytime I have to restart or the status is "dead", please help.
I would like to add the commands of admin, and being admin, I searsged for, on youtube and google but I don't find any good tutorial, and I don't have "user.ini" in my documents, for more informations please, tell me what I should do, I will take a screenshot.

if u dont have users.ini in ur config file.. then u dont have all the required documents..
