i have problem "to upload in GT" :
i cant upload server
he says :

Your server is currently offline.
GameTracker needs your server to be online before you can add it to our database. Please restart your server and make sure it's up before hitting ADD SERVER again.
You entered the wrong query port.
Please update your query port and hit scan again
Your server is firewalled.
Please turn off any firewall you have that may block scanning or whitelist the gametracker scanning IP addresses:

i do many steps like :
i block firewall ...
i add a port in "http://192.168.1.1/"
and many other steps
can u tell me the problem ? and how to solve it ?

It sounds like you have the right idea. I would recommend double checking everything and ensuring the following:

1. You are entering the correct information. If you are hosting it locally, you can get your IP at a website like whatismyip.com. Your port is likely the default unless you manually changed it.
2. The port is open in any firewall you run. It is also portforwarded in an router you use.
3. The server is online.

i try all solution but its not work
and this pucture have false in firewall because i try allthing in
exemple i deleted all and i add hlds and i delete it and i add 2 port

You have to set port forwarding for your router.
On http://portforward.com you can find name of your router and see the tutorial.

One thing in regards to the picture, the screenshot shows the cs server using 192.168.1.3. Your portforwarding settings use 192.168.1.2.

If you are hosting it from home you should also check if your IP has changed.
