CS 1.6 server ip

Hello everyone i have a cs 1.6 server but the problem is the ip adresse change every time my router restart how can i fix the ip ?

You can't, you have dynamic ip address. For getting statistic one contact your internet provider(it costs more than dynamic one).

If you set up a dynamic DNS address, you can set that on the server page and GT will automatically update the IP (based on what the DNS address resolves to) when it changes.
I am retired from GameTracker after 11 years and will not be responsive for support requests.

Best option in my oppinion is DNS, It's free and easy to set up.
There are several alternative's for DNS adresses, personally i use "no-ip.org" example for you might be "ouahab01man.no-ip.org" this "mask" redirects you to the current IP of your router, and even if your IP changes you will still be able to use the same no-ip.org adresse without doing anything.

Most of the DNS sites have guides for setting it up on the most common router's.
Many router's are even pre-set for DNS sites such as DYN DNS and no-ip.org etc.
