I have 2 Problems !!!
1- My Server is not responding on other Players CS 1.6
2- I am Unable to make Admins !!! Can someone show me a format for setting up a Steam ID instead of name which other players shouldn't use !!.
3- How to give my IP to my friends because its coming in his format:- 192.168.x.x:27015 which is a LAN format !!

So... I should change my IP from DYNAMIC to STATIC ?? isn't ??
but..
1.why should i change my ip from dynamic to static ??
2. Static Ip will effect other users on other PC (because my MOM and Dad also uses Internet from same router (-_-)??
3. kk. i agree to change from dynamic to static but static is asking me preferred DNS server and alternative DNS server ??

Having a static IP is more of a convenience factor for you and your users. Your ISP may charge you for something like this.

You should be able to find information online to open a port in whatever firewall you may be using. If not, they typically come with some sort of help files.

How will I know that I have dynamic or static IP and yeah my public IP doesn't change its same every time so.....???

I am not able to add my up to gametrackers why i dont know it shows that u may have entered wrong ip or Windows firewall is on..... And such issues please help me out someone.....
My server is all ready with extra plugins and all my friends just can't connect to my ip it shows retrying.... To them and also my ip is not added at gametrackers.
I have also done Port forwarding and all....
Please help.....
