After you done that make sure to turn off your computer for server every 4-5 day if you don't want your power supply to die. Well if you pass this we can continue explaination how to set up.

i am make own server but my server ip is change every day and then i am shutdown our computer and my server is down so please help me

1. Assign a fixed IP to your game server.
2. Leave your modem switched on.
3. Research using dns (dynamic name service) host name.
(for when your modem must be switched off or is disconnected)

Well, ignoring some of those impractical solutions written by some here, what you still actually need is a free virtual server or commonly known as a VPS.

Because ISPs just can't stand the fact that users are hosting something on their network, so most of them will find a way to throttle your network down, or it simply does not have a static IP like you already stated.

If you have a valid credit card laying around, you can use Google's Free Cloud offer that comes with worldwide host locations. It will be valid for 12 months so there will be plenty of time to enjoy. You will be not charged automatically for excess usage after 12 months unless you manually enter the paid plan, they just halt your server after the trial. A simple google search will directly give you the links to Google Cloud so I will not post it here in case rules here doesn't allow it so that can be used as a ban against me.

By the way, Amazon also offers a free tier but you should be careful when using it because they have a history of shady customer charges. Not to mention that Alibaba Cloud has also recently released a free trial for their customers.
