Hello, I am from a gaming firm and we notice that game tracker is unable to scan our servers even though they are online.
We have recently had some major network upgrades and firewalls installed, which is the most probable cause to this. We did white list the following IP 108.61.78.147 108.61.78.148 108.61.78.149 108.61.78.150 We currently have a very secure environment and most of the ports not in use have been turned off, does game tracker need any specific port to be enabled to be able to scan our machines? A short list of our game servers which are currently on game tracker can be found at http://www.gametracker.com/search/?query=182.18.170.221

The following are GameTracker IPs
208.167.241.190 208.167.241.185 208.167.241.186 108.61.78.147 108.61.78.148 108.61.78.149 108.61.78.150 GT only requires the query port to be open for it. If you are able to post the IP and ports of the servers that are not working, that would be nice. ![]() |

Here are a few of the IP that gametracker is unable to scan.
182.18.170.221:27105 182.18.170.221:27115 182.18.170.221:27025 182.18.170.221:27055 182.18.170.221:27145 182.18.170.221:27045 I am going to white list these IP too 208.167.241.190 208.167.241.185 208.167.241.186 But shouldn't gametracker have been able to scan our machines from any of the 108.61.78.147 108.61.78.148 108.61.78.149 108.61.78.150 which we have white listed? We will be opening up the 208.xxx.xxx.xxx series of IP of game tracker and hope it will work. In case it doesn't could you send us a traceroute to any one of our machines 182.18.170.221 182.18.170.222 182.18.182.130 from any of your 108.xxx.xxx.xxx series IP so that we could try and understand where the issue is happening. |

You appear to be blocking all foreign traffic.

We have kind of found out the problem, it lies with our ISP, we are in talks with them and hopefully GT IP will get white listed on their end too. Turns out they have yet to respond on our request to white list those IP.
Thanks for the help guys ![]() |
