If I claim my server, and write my DNS in DNS field, when my IP changes does my server rank deletes and I have to start from again?
And does everything else also deletes like Clan information and other things?

dns is just a mask for original ip. Nothing will be deleted when you enter dns adress.

So if I enter DNS address and my IP changes, I do not have to worry so I should re-add the IP etc?
Because i'm so much busy that I can't always see and add the IP to GT.

If you have an dynamic ip address, DNS won't help becuase it it linked with IP. So if your ip changes your dns won't work on that previous ip address.

But my DNS client, refreshes every 4 minutes (IP address to redirect) so there is no worries about that because if IP changes it will redirect to the new IP after 4 minutes. So when my IP changes, does GT scans for IP or DNS?
Do I need to add my IP again to the GT or it will get from DNS automatically?
If automatically then does my server rank resets when my original IP changes?

The server must be claimed in order to use DNS.
We resolve the DNS name daily. If this server stops responding to stats requests, then we resolve the DNS name more frequently.
Adding the server (again) manually during the downtime period requires you to reclaim the server. You will likely consider it to be less of a hassle to wait for GameTracker to resolve this server.

You can use any DNS name you want. Make sure you give valid IP to it.
