How to make teammates transparent when they are close and how to show c4 timer countdown in seconds like [c4 timer 34, 33, 33... 1, 0] after planting the c4? plz help me.

About C4 Timer Please Follow Steps :

1.Download c4timer.amxx , c4timer.sma

2.Copy and Paste it in "HLDS/cstrike/addons/amxmodx/plugins"
3.Copy this command c4timer.amxx and paste in "HLDS/cstrike/addons/amxmodx/configs/plugins.ini"

Cvars : (Cvars Is Commands To Help You Manage Plugin in Game)
amx_showc4timer <0|1|3> - Off | T's only | CT's only | ALL (Default: 3)
amx_showc4flash <0|1> - Sprite flashing (Default: 0)
amx_showc4sprite <0|1> - Choose from 2 sprites (Default: 1)
amx_showc4msg <0|1> - Shows a hud message about the timer (Default: 0)

Remmber (1 = On Exept first Command)

mine not working. I want to do this in my own server. just practice, I want to learn all of things, I don't have idea, can you teach me step by step how to make teammates transparent ?? and how to work /rs command in my own server ? plz help me
