I got just 2 plugins on my server with amxmodx..
-Amx ping booster plugin
-Amx match server

These are small plugins even if they require download for public it must be less then a minute..

I wonder why it takes 20-30min of downloading for the first time when people connect..

Server is hlds ports forwarded
