I am getting this when I try to add my server in game tracker.

GAMETRACKER COULD NOT SCAN THE SERVER.
One of the following suggestions may help you:
Your server is currently offline.
GameTracker needs your server to be online before you can add it to our database. Please restart your server and make sure it's up before hitting ADD SERVER again.
You entered the wrong query port.
Please update your query port and hit scan again
Your server is firewalled.
Please turn off any firewall you have that may block scanning or whitelist the gametracker scanning IP addresses:

I am not sure what are these ip listed that is saying that is blocked. I have my firewall disabled.

Please advise

I'm not able to find a server at that address. If you're firewall is disabled, you'll need to check for any other network software that could be blocking the connection. For example, if you host from home, you may also need to portforward in your router (or your ISP may just be blocking the port).
