Some of clever guys putting fake players to gain rank. Till like their servers are top 100. After gametracker admins/reports their server get bans. Then they write a request unban topic. Still cant understand thats fair to us? We arent putting any fake player to servers and ranks slows gets better.. So, every server owner puts fake players to gain rank, after gets ip ban write a unban topic thats all? Thats not fair for us..

If you look again at the description in the 'Request Server Reranking and Unbans'; it is reasonably clear that repeat offenders may not have their server re-ranked (unbanned) a second time.

Most new server owners, and in fact most people who post in the forum (aside from 'regular' posters) ever bother to read forum rules, posting rules or any of the Guides and FAQs.
Even when they do need help, most just post wildly across the forums.

So, I guess it's Gametracker giving people one chance to be silly, and then few/no chances afterwards.

I think so. I keep reporting that servers which has fakeplayers

There are two types of fake servers to me:

1. The obvious, easy to detect servers
2. The less obvious, but not difficult, to detect servers

The greater the lengths the server owner goes in making it seem realistic, the more likely the first ban will be permanent and that we will also ban their other servers. In terms of the "top 100", the ones that make it that far usually qualify as such.
