I made the request yesterday to unban my server from baned list but you didn't unban it. Can you please tell me if you're going to unban the server or at least inform me why you have baned my server. It is not my fault that the hosting company uses 1 root to open more than 1 server.

If you posted yesterday, and it was deleted already, you can guarantee you did not follow the requested format.
