Im here to ask about any Exellent and High conection Hosting for a Counter Strike 1.6 server. i want to make a global server where can play players from everywhere. without get 300+ latency. maybe this sounds impossible for cs game, but im gonna pay for it even if its expensive.

im not really sure if this is the right place for this kind of suggestions but i really need some help..

It will allow players in EU to average 120 ping, west coast about 75. China/etc about 200.

This is probably the best you can do. The issue isn't cost, it's simple someone in Australia will have x-ping due to the distance, not the server performance (in most cases).

Alright i got it, im from uruguay.. and i want to make this server with a european friend, and we want to play together of course.. i understand that will be impossible to get 50-90 max (ping) even if you are from Australia for example.. but a player with 200 ping can play.. not perfect but quite good, thats the way im looking for, btw.. can you share to me the link of this hosting? I will be very grateful
