Server detects the active players in it as bots and although the server is 32/32 full, its displaying it as 20(12)/32 instead.

How can we solve the problem?

This happens when your server reports the player as a bot or the name begins with bot (ie. Bot933, Bot19).

I think sometimes it helps if you restart the server when the issue happens.
