My screen is moved up and it doesnt match my crosshair so my bullets dont hit the where they should. I remember before (i just recently installed cs 1.6 again) i could fix this problem by presing some 2 keys around the middle enter, they would move the screen up and down however i wanted to. But now i have tried all the keys and none work please help i have tried everything there is with setting the right resoultion but the black line always stays at the bottom and the bullets dont hit the crosshair but above it.

I would assume that it's a problem with you GPU; the game doesn't work quite well with it; maybe try updating your drivers; especially graphics drivers.

It wouldn't also hurt to try a reinstall.
As stated in the post prior to mine; trying various resolutions and see if the problem has been mitigated; should be done.

Relax! It is just a minor problem with CS. Just reinstalling the game will fix it. Cross check if all the drivers are up to date if not then just get them updated.

You should try to reinstall the game and again restart it.

I have uninstalled the game and install it again. Then problem sloved!!
