It seems to me that they aren't bots, or you probably removed them after getting caught. I think the admins have found a practical way to detect boosters with fake clients, which I'm not exactly sure how they do it. Last time I asked they didn't provide much details. Such a bad day for you and the booster.

Hint : We will not discuss it on a server by server basis.
