if you mean that you want to play Mod zombie in your computer offline (with bots) so yes you can , you just have to install the addon in your counter strike and start a LAN server .

As chimaera500 sed , You must contact the server owner to acces FTP for you can download the mod zombie , let's be clear 98% he will not give you acces to his server FTP .
