i have a cs server but its on lan how can i make go on the internet for other players then how can i see the commands for amxx while im in the server

The only way you can have your server available to other players is if you have a static ip address on the internet for your server. Most people use web hosting and then are able to control the game and the server via rcon (or remote console). You can also download and use HLSW to remotely control the server and see what is happening on the server live.

If you want to use AMX, then you must first install that plugin and restart your server for the AMX plugin to begin running. While in game, bring up the console (using the ~ key) and type in all your amx commands (such as amx_help).
