what error you get? if you can explain more then we can help you better.

the login ip and host are error that no next to confime my server on a list of servers of this siteweb when created !!!!!

but i created that on dedied from .exe application from counter strike 1.6 on my windows 7 .only just adress ip only just host but that write must confirmed by our personal to confirme your server on gametracker server's list!!!!!! i recreating and do that only not to next ! block it on put your adress ip and host of your server ! so i do that add a new server .(when my server dedied are successfuly at game !
