Hello, I Need Help With HLDS And VPN

Actually, I Want To Create A CS 1.6 Server But As I Am Behind NAT Or CGNAT (i think) I Cannot Port Forward. So I Discovered A Website Called (Portmap.io) Which Provides A VPN Tunneling. So My Question Is, That I Used Portmap.io And It DID Worked With HLDS In The Past. But It Doesnt Work Now

HLDS WITH OPENVPN CONNECTED
Could Not Establish Connection To Steam Servers (but i can join the server via portmap.io's external ip)

and after sometime it starts saying this

(but i cannot connect the server)

Ok, So Can I Know What Am I Doing Wrong?

EDIT- Had To Provide The Main Thing Of Log Only Because It Was Exceeding Characters

the setting hlds on your PC is not reliable at all.

and what ever you trying at the end remains an issue.

so instead of trying so many things at once. try to go to some indian server and take a post like manager or something and become admin since you said me you do not have money so in that case this would be better.

Or

You can ask your parents to take a Game Server with Panel for 10 EUR a month . You can search for this in google CS 1.6 Server with Panel

Just make sure they are ddos protected .

But, IT DID WORKED Before. SO Why Not Now?

you have a problem some where in setting. just setting a HLDS on PC is ok for LAN users not for Public. you trying to expose your network to public and no one has enought energy to reboot router again and again.\

so back to my first point . get your self a hosted server . ask your friends to give you one. Or its your choice.

actually, portmap doesnt has dynamic ip. it just connects from any ip
EDIT- And the external ip is the same everytime

still not good since you are using portmap connection did you see when i connected my ping was 300+ ms and normally in indian server i am getting 15 ms . i would love to play in indian server any time. but hosting in your PC will give you problems

meh, i will try literally everything to make a FREE server. if it gets 300+ ping, so be it. at least it would be a server for me

Well, I Mixed Some Of My CS 1.6 Files With My HLDS Files And It Worked
I Replaced Every Folder Except Game Folders (cstrike and valve) Strange
Im Still Finding The Exact Cause of The Problem For Those Who Have The Same Problem

Solution-The Problem is Actually Weird in My Case Whenever I Start HLDS With OpenVPN Connected It Says "Could Not Establish Connection To Steam Servers" And If I Turn On Wi-Fi Hotspot(im using laptop),Then It Works. Pretty Weird Eh? But Turning On Wi-Fi Hotspot Did The Trick For Me.

most users are capable enough to google and fix their own. there is some forums like steam community best place to get all HLDS related problems sorted. but some times its not easy to fix . you need to troubleshoot every steps before you find a solution
