I think you need to google the meaning and use of DNS (Domain Name System)

If you change the IP address to which your dns name points - it may take up to 24 hours for this to be properly incorporated by Gametracker.
During that time it is often not possible to navigate easily to the server page. That appears to be the case currently. I am a community user. I do not reply to private message requests for support.
