I've been planning to open a CS 1.6 server, but the only problem being i cannot pay for hosting.

I was wondering if there is a FREE counter strike 1.6 host, that is 24/7, or atleast has a gamepanel where i can upload plugins etc.

Not that I know of. Although setting up your own CS 1.6 server is relatively easy if you know how to port forward. Then from there you can install AMX Mod X and get the plugins you want/need and run it off your own computer.

I just use the cheapest vpn possible to host my server, atm I use e-trail.net cause it has a lot of ram speeds for a low price.

There is no free host available. You can basically go to some low end hosting like vultr / DO or linode they give free credits like 10/20 USD you can try and see . get a virtual server for 5 usd , can use for 2 months free then if you decide if its okay you can pay for it or ask someone to gift you a voucher as credits that way you can continue to use the low end hosting and enjoy cs 1.6 game with your friends.
