is there a reliable way to add your server to all/most non steam clients, so it can be found in the server list?

Currently most players still use non steam CS... although Steam CS is so cheap.

most servers have either dproto [outdated] or reunion [current/stable] in order to have non steam cs and original steam to connect and to have a server list is preconfigured on the .cfg file. you just need to look for server info lookup and select 3rd option if its on 0.
