Hello, when we add the server here not by IP but by domain, does changing the IP cause a loss in ranking since it was added with the domain? For example, if I add the server here as cs1.xxx.com, will there be a ranking loss even if I change the IP

If you point the domain name to the new IP address there should be no change, though it may take a few hours for the new IP to propagate across all domain servers.
In any case, should server popularity remain the same, ranking will recover within a few days (maximum historically being 7 days). It is a non-issue. I am a community user.
