Hello
I bought new ip for my server which is 13 on rank how can i just update new ip to be the same rank Thank you

You would have to make use of the DNS feature to transfer rank. In order for that to work for you, the original server needs the same ports as the new one. There are no other ways to transfer rank. Feel free to let me know if you have any questions.
