I want to know if its possible i can add my servers to GT ? ,,,
We have almost 30 to 40 servers in Pakistan and we want to add them on GT but cause of some reasons we have to limit our all ips connectivity to Pakistani users only do GT have any scan server in Pakistan that can scan our ip and let us advertise our server here or any other possible solution ?
P.S we are not able to allow a single ip other then Pakistan ips to our network

GameTracker does not have a scanner in Pakistan, nor any plans to add one there. If you're not able to explicitly allow the GT scanner IPs in, it probably would not work.
