I see many people having issue creating server online like portfoward etc etc. time consuming ?

Okay here is my offer hope you will like it.

1- Install Cs 1.6 server with hlds updates <steam> windows or linux
2- install dproto with modification to allow non steam.
3- Install AmxModx and MetaMod in your Cstrike folder
4- Install Pingfaker 30% or 70% whatever you wish.
5- Install Amx super admin plugin which you can control your gameplay and other modifications.
6- Test port fowards on your router / firewall.
