i came to ask for a little help, how i can keep my server opened or online without keep HLDS opened, that's why i hosted my server here
and by the way my ip and server is different
server ip : 192.
my ip: 46.
and when i close HLDS server shut down and i saw when i close it gametracker shows me that server stay online
so help pls!

Please guide me in this respect. Is there a requirement to buy a server and rent game server on that.I am totally confused. Your help will be highly appreciated.

You have to forward port number for cs 1.6
go to your browser and write in adress bar
192.168.1.1
and forward your port
and open your server and easly login in GT and click on servers
and select your game
and then go to whatismyip.com and copy your IP and paste it in IP address bar
write your port number in port number bar
example : 27015
and you done..
don't forget to claim your server
