hi i want to restrict flash bomb but dont know which plugins should i use and how to use plzzz help me

Hey axonic,
Please Make Sure AMXMODX Installed In Your Server
Then Go To This direction :
HLDS/cstrike/addons/amxmodx/configs
Open File Name : plugins.ini
Search For Line : restmenu.amxx
if it's not exist add it to new line

then change your map and go to server type in console : amxmodmenu
then search for restrict weapons
Open it and it's will redirect you to weapons names get your weapon it will be name smoke grenade i think
then save it and done !
