It's been a week now since I requested my server to be unbanned (93.119.24.171:27015), as it was banned because of bots that the previous owner put in place. Obviously, with two of my requests having been deleted, I understand you're not willing to unban it. Ok, I get it. Rules are rules, even if I had nothing to do with the reason why the server was banned. Fair enough.

Because gametracker is essential for my plans with the server, I'm willing to buy a new IP and start the server from scratch... Is it OK if I keep the same hostname? CS.ECILA.RO | SINCE 2010 | INTERNATIONAL SERVER?

Please give me answer to this question, at least. I need to know what I'm going to do with my server.

Server abuse history has never and will never reset with a "new owner".

GameTracker has never offered to censor a server name for anyone, so you should be fine on the name. There is no rule anywhere that would justify a ban for a name unless for some reason there was a legal justification to do so.
