hi im on windows 8.1. counter strike worked before on this exact pc and windows version. i played cs go for 60 hrs and got bored i have reinstalled cs 1.6 and there is a problem with it.problem is when it turns on the only thing you see is a close button and minimise and the logo as seen in pic
