Hi, i hace a problem
the problem is when i try to scan the server to the webpage its says:

The fireall is off and the antivirus too
Is a hosted server
The IP server is: 181.177.204.102:27016
PD:I have 4 servers and they were upload to the website, first 2 of the servers appears offline but it wasnt true, later with the others servers and when i try to scan again appears that error.

Please try turning the servers online and then trying again.
