Hello ,
I am admin on ultimate war3dm [FASTDL] [24/7] the Server is alive and players playing on it but on gametracker it shows Server dead... Though sometimes it shows the sever status:Alive too. Recently installed high ping kick plugin and the problem started since then... Thanks !!! |

I would suggest adding these IPs to your firewall whitelist and see if it helps:

umm can u tell the process please how to really whitelist those ips ?? i am really beginner in those stuff!! please specify the steps that i need to follow..

I would suggest you refer to your router documentation.
We can't offer support on individual routers. If your server is hosted, then you will have to speak to your provider, as it will be their router/firewall that requires updating.
