i am the server manager

You can change this yourself.
From your server page click -> Manage -> Change Location I am a community user. I do not reply to private message requests for support. i know that but
i have just do that by mistake it mean i cant change it to Algeria and i have to wait 2 weeks or 14 days |

and what about waiting period can i change after revert to algeria without waiting ?

The location flag can only be changed once every two weeks to prevent abuse.
