I was playing CS 1.6 before, played on high, 100 fps, i was playing at a random server, they banned me for no apparent reason. It kicked me from CS and i really wanted to play more, i entered CS, while suddenly on the main start i had 4 fps. Like how? At playing servers, it's about 20 fps. Please help! I can't play with 20 fps!

P.S my PC performance was still the same. I didn't downgrade it.
My specs:
-AMD Athlon X2 64 Dual Core 4200+ 2.4 GHz
-Ati Radeon HD 2400 Pro 256 MB (yes i know it's really bad)
- 4 GB DDR2 Patriot

Ddr2 ram and 256mb gpu. You should fully upgrade your pc before increasing fps.

Look, with this performance, i run cs 1.6 on 100 fps. After i got a meaningless ban, immediately after entering cs again, i got 20 fps at gameplay. The fps drop is because of the ban. When i was running cs on 100 fps, i had these graphics and ddr2 ram. And i do still have them.

hi this is look like a game distroyer you should delet all your cfg files form counter strike directory

you may be abel to reach 150 fps not just 100 with this performance
