I`m asking that because we have many players coming to play from Internetcafe or from same WI-fi router (relatives) and i dont want to get deranked! Shell we restrict them from joining our server?

guys we are getting sabotage from ex managers - now 2 days he delete server from database - when we was in rank 14 , now he reported us having fake players (and we got deranked) - we have non stop minimum 28 players (all time we need to kick the 3 autobots to make room for players). He make fake report.
Please help us rerank our server - its frustrating!
I also try to report his abuse ... couse he left server and now he try destroy us.

1. If your ex-manager can delete your server... why do you not change the owner account password? Or make another account the owner?
- this is not a Gametracker moderator/admin issue.

2. Gametracker admins do not blindly accept that every abuse report is true. Most are rejected because each report is investigated before making a decision.

It is up to you to secure your own user account(s), manage your own passwords, and to do the same for your game server.

Dont you think is good for us to see proofs and reports so that for future not making mistakes - that way we can understand how we was wrong and dont make again mistake? For now i dont know what was our mistake - we dont allow multics, no using more then 3 autobots, i ask for same IP if is OK also! I was careful of all that because we was fighting for other server to be reranked... so we have bad experience with this problem.

So i have no ideea why we got deranked ...

Can we see proof of report - because i suspect him to use our proof reports system to catch players using multics and provide to u - possible i will find it in our forum report section - and that is really unfair!

Unfortunately, we are not willing give you a detailed explanation of our methods so that you can exploit that information. I apologize for the inconvenience and I am sorry that you got caught! The easiest way to not get caught is to be fair in how you choose to acquire rank.
